At Viva Charlie Tours, we make sure your experience is stress-free, comfortable, and family-friendly from start to finish.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Walking Tours – Our walking tours are designed for all ages. Parents, no need to worry—kids love it, and snacks are included to keep everyone happy along the way.

🚗 Driving Tours – Enjoy your adventure with comfort: free onboard Wi-Fi, fresh bottled water, and yes—we’re pet-friendly! Small dogs are welcome with a safety-approved travel crate included.

💳 Payments – We accept credit card and cash payments. No PayPal or POS systems at the moment. You can pay either in full or with a deposit upon confirmation.

⏳ Flexible Cancellation Policy

For walking tours, cancellations up to 7 days before the tour are fully refundable. Museum tickets, however, are non-refundable due to policy.
For private driving tours, cancel up to 15 days before the tour for a full refund.

Having Michele (Mike) as our private driver made the entire day/experience so personal and incredible. He was so attentive to all the little details and really went out of his way to make sure we saw the full beauty of Tuscany. We love every minute.
