I love telling stories without filters, adding humor and energy to every tour. My goal is simple: to make you learn while having fun, turning every walk through Florence into an unforgettable experience.

By my side is Charlie, the heart and soul of Viva Charlie Tours! This adorable Jack Russell Terrier has been my loyal companion for 11 years, bringing joy and laughter into my life—just as I hope to do for every traveler who joins me on a Florence walking tour.

…a traveler at heart with a deep love for Italy and Brazil. My journey started in 1989 when, along with my friends, I set off for Rio de Janeiro—a trip that would change my life forever.

Less than a year later, I couldn’t resist going back. That second trip turned into an adventure filled with unexpected twists, laughter, and even a little business success in São Paulo. Let’s just say, I had to come up with a “good-hearted lie” to stay a little longer!

My story isn’t the usual one about making it big abroad. It’s about embracing new cultures, chasing dreams, and, in the end, realizing that Italy is home. Now, as a private driver in Tuscany, I get to share my passion for travel by creating seamless, comfortable, and unforgettable journeys for visitors exploring Florence, Chianti, and beyond.

Mio marito, mio figlio di 16 anni e io abbiamo fatto il tour di un giorno a Siena, San Gimignano e Chianti. Michele era la nostra guida. Era assolutamente fantastico! Questa è stata di gran lunga la cosa migliore che abbiamo fatto a Firenze. Michele è arrivato presto ed è stato così gentile. Ci ha parlato di diverse cose che abbiamo passato e posti dove andare quando siamo arrivati a Siena e San Gimignano. Dopo Siena, abbiamo pranzato in una fattoria/vigneto di famiglia. Il cibo e il vino erano i migliori!

Having Michele (Mike) as our private driver made the entire day/experience so personal and incredible. He was so attentive to all the little details and really went out of his way to make sure we saw the full beauty of Tuscany. We love every minute.
